We understand that sometimes Life heads its ugly rear just to see that you don't get your massage when you've scheduled it. We know it's the nature of any appointment-based business that sometimes folks have to cancel a scheduled appointment.

Sadly, it's also the nature of some people not to care when an appointment isn't kept. These individuals don't care that the therapist isn't making her living when an appointment is missed. These individuals don't care that it affects you by making it harder on us to keep prices as low as possible. It's those individuals our cancellation policy targets.

Here's our promise to you: your therapist will be ready to go on the date and time you've asked us to set. If you can't make your appointment, just give us a call. The earlier the better. We maintain a list of folks looking to get in for appointments, and if you give us sufficient time, we may be able to book someone else for that time slot.

We consider it a "No-Show" if you cancel your appointment with less than two hours notice -- or even worse -- if you don't show up at all.

If we can re-book the time you're cancelling, then you won't be penalized for a "no-show." (Again, the earlier you can let us know, the better)!

No-show Penalties

• If you've not been with us before: If you've not been with us before we will consider that you have used your "$39 intro rate massage." We will be happy to book another appointment for you, but you will be charged our standard rate of $55 on that visit.

• If you have a gift certificate or your appointment is otherwise pre-paid: We will be happy to book another appointment so you may still use your gift certificate, but we will charge an additional $15 on your subsequent visit.

• If you are on a "Six Pack" package: We will charge you $15 on your next visit.

• If you have been with us before, but are not pre-paid, nor have a gift certificate, nor are on a pacakge: On your next visit we will charge you an additional $15.

If you no-show twice, you must pay in advance before we will book an appointment for you. We will also remove your ability to make appointments online.

We will track "no-show" information. If you successfully make, keep, and pay for another appointment (including any no-show penalties), then life'll be good again, and we'll love you forever.

By the way, our cancellation policy also works in reverse, too. Sometimes therapists get sick, or have car trouble, and sometimes they suffer from baby-sitting woes, too. If we cancel your appointment less than two hours in advance, we'll do our best to offer you a massage within two hours of your originally scheduled session with another therapist. If that can't be accomplished, depending on the circumstance (i.e., how much time we have to get you rescheduled) we may offer you a discounted price for your next visit to make up for your inconvenience.
