• Gift Certificates do not expire -- ever -- nor do they lose their value.

• However, gift certificates are non-refundable nor can they be redeemed for cash.

• Gift Certificates may be used at any In The Bag Massage location.

• We will record the gift certificate purchaser's name and what was purchased. If the gift certificate is ever lost, we can look it up by the purchaser's name and replace it at no cost.

• Customers who have never been with us before are considered "First Time Guests" and can take advantage of our "First Time Visitors" rates.

• If a gift certificate recipient receives a "First Time Visitor" Gift Certificate, but is actually a returning customer, we'll honor the amount of the gift certificate towards the cost of their session.

Upon Completion Of Your Order

YOU NOR THE RECIPIENT WILL NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING THROUGH THE "REGULAR" US MAIL! Even if you fill out the "Ship To Address" NOTHING will be sent by US MAIL.

• Upon completion of your order, an email WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS THAT PLACED THE ORDER containing a link to the gift certificate you purchased. Click on the link and download the PDF file. The email will be sent within 2 minutes of completion of your order.

• HOTMAIL / YAHOO / AOL: These services are notorious about automatically putting the confirmation email in the spam / trash folder. If you don't have the confirmation email within 2 minutes, look in your spam / trash / bulk email folders.

• You may print the PDF file as many times as necessary. For example, if you ordered two of the same kind of gift certificates, you'll only receive one link. When you have the PDF file, you may print it twice. We have recorded your purchases, so there's no danger of a gift certificate, once redeemed, of being used again.

• You may even simply email the gift certificate to the recipient and let them print it out.
