How To Read The Matrix
If there's a time printed in the grid, that indicates an AVAILABLE appointment time. BLANK SPACES mean there is NO availability for that therapist at that time.
If a time has an "EX" beside it, the therapist has an EXTRA appointment time outside of her usual schedule. You will not be able to make the appointment online, but must call us to reserve it for you.
