Stretch PLUS Massage

 

Whether you are training for an event, playing too much golf, carrying around those babies and grandbabies too much, or just feeling a bit stiff, this may be just the session for you.

Based on your feedback, the therapist will customize an assisted stretching session specifically for your needs. The stretching can be incorporated into the massage or make up the entire session.

Because of the positioning involved -- supine (on your back), prone (on your stomach), side-lying, and even sitting -- you should wear shorts or swim trunks (men) or bathing suit/workout clothes (women). Sessions may be done on the table or on a mat on the floor.

You will leave feeling looser and more relaxed and will be better equipped to stretch on your own to keep your body pain-free.
